Born Melbourne. Joined the club May 2002. Graduated from QIT (now QUT) with B.App.Sc. Computing - wanted to work with computers since I did a programming course at Wynnum High in grade 9 way back in 73. Entire career spent in IT ranging from technician, R&D, Software Developer,
Support/Technical Consultant, Network administrator and IT Manager. Worked in diverse industries such as hospitality and medical computing and also government network computer support. Lived walking distance from the club originally then moved to the southside at Holland Park, married to Jennene, due to this and increasing commitments in my IT Consulting business have less time to attend club functions anymore. However I continue to support the club infrastructure where possible, including their web server and internet connection located at the RSL building.
